I might have to see Truck Turner again. I remember some remarkable work by Jon Kaplan, but I haven’t seen the film since its first release. Also, I would hope that Ducio Tessari’s Three Tough Guys gets a DVD release. I also saw that when it first came out.

I was actually in Memphis last week when the news about Isaac came through…he was one of my favorites and it is very upsetting. I’ll be posting several tributes to him throughout the week and am using a pic I took at Stax as my template. He will be sorely missed.

I want to see Truck Turner again myself. It’s been years. I always loved Isaac Hayes. Great artist. He will be sorely missed.
